EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Main Responsibility:
To provide secretarial, administrative and personal support to the president & CEO of the company and help simplify life.
Job Holder Requirements:
- Education
- Must be a graduate of 4-year course, with a Master’s Degree in i.e (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Secretarial or related field)
- Work Experience
- Preferably with at least three (3) years work experience in similar capacity. Well-considered is a prior executive level experience
- Special /Technical/Communication Skills Requirement
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to communicate with all levels of people; good inter-personal skills
- Meticulous, good attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision
- Good customer service orientation
- Preferably with some sales background
- Can be trusted with very confidential matters
- Computer literate (particularly EXCEL and POWERPOINT) and appreciates technology
