Job Description
- To plan, direct, coordinate, and implement VisMin area-specific marketing programs and activities that will help achieve volume, market penetration, and key brand health metrics at target areas.
Key Tasks
- Develops and contributes to the development of a Marketing Plan specific to Visayas and Mindanao
- Analyzes and translates into strategies and workable objectives trade observations leading to tactical and locally initiated programs.
- Regularly scopes competitive landscape on both above and below-the-line executions for a better understanding of his/her immediate superiors, sales partners, and agency representatives.
- Ensures the proper maximization of the allotted budget for Visayas and Mindano.
- Responsible for the execution of specific programs, initiatives, and activities based on the approved marketing plan for Visayas and Mindanao.
- Coordinates with third-party suppliers for below-the-line (BTL) requirements.
- Manages and properly deploys marketing collaterals pertaining to the brand.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a bachelor's degree holder, business-related courses
- With at least 3 years of experience related to different facets of Marketing (brand, channel, digital, trade, etc.)
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Has a valid driver's license
- Can speak Tagalog, English, and Bisaya or Ilonggo
- Willing to be assigned and travel within Visayas & Mindanao
