Branch Manager (Cagayan De Oro)
  • The Branch Manager is responsible for formulating sales strategies for the promotion of the company’s products and providing supervision, motivation and control of Sales personnel in meeting the group and individual goals. Will also be responsible for operations and general management of the said branch.
  • Handles sales activities and formulate strategies to ensure that sales forecasts are met within the stipulated time.
  • Executes sales strategies to improve customer service and capture market share
  • Conducts regular meeting with clients and partnership for client relationship building
  • Reviews, checks and attests accuracy of costing and completeness of entries and attachment of bids, proposals, customer order forms
  • Monitors sales performance of the company and make appropriate action to meet sales forecast requirement and ensures sales targets are met by Sales Team within the stipulated time.
  • Works closely with other divisions/departments to figure out effective sales strategies that will boost sales.
  • Submits regular reports in the progress of the sales targets and sales team.
  • Develops business plan and sales strategies for customer retention
  • Provides leadership and coaching to Sales group to achieve division objectives and sales growth

Academic Qualifications
  • Licensed Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management,
  • An MBA degree is an advantage

Job Requirements
  • Must have at least 5 years managerial experience in sales and operations; has undertaken company trainings for basic management and product trainings.
  • Must identify target markets and prospect new accounts.
