BRANCH MANAGER (Malaybalay, Valencia, Maramag, Don Carlos)

Position Summary:

To manage the entire microfinance/lending activity in the branch area, supervise and train the Relationship Officers, Sales Officers and the Cashiers and report to the Area Manager on branch performance.

Duties:

Implements branch-specific strategies to achieve Branch targets including but not limited to recruitment of clients, credit investigation, collection, recovery management, branch administration, cash management, account management and fraud prevention.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate (at least 4 year course)
• At least two year (2yr.) work experience as Branch Manager from MicroFinance, Rural Banks or similar industry
• Manage a team of at least 5 headcount
• Good mathematical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Can speak the local (VISMIN) language
• Team player
• High level of Integrity
• Good coaching and feedback skills.
