Qualifications:

Preferably BS HRM graduate or at least a graduate of a vocational course;
With relevant work experience
Hardworking
Must be presentable and physically fit to work
2) GYM INSTRUCTOR
Qualifications:
Must be male, not over 35 years old
At least a graduate of a vocation course
With at least one (1) year working experience in related field;
Articulate, motivated and enthusiastic
Willing to work for longer hours
3) BARTENDER
Qualifications:
Must be male, not over 35 years old
With at least a graduate of a vocational course preferably in mixology and bartending
Preferably with experience in related field
Excellent people skills
Have working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
Articulate, motivated and enthusiastic
Willing to work for longer hours
4) PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
Preferably female
Not more than 30 years old
At least high school graduate
Preferably with working experience in a hotel as a janitor, utility staff or maintenance crew.
Willing to work long hours
Can communicate in English, neat & presentable, punctual, and good attitude & courteous.
5) POOL ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
Preferably male
A degree holder of a four-year course or at least a vocational
Preferably with related experience
With good spoken and written command of English and Filipino languages and the Cebuano dialect.
With excellent people skills
6) RESTAURANT COOK
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of culinary arts or a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, hotel management or equivalent
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the same position
Communicates well in spoken and written command of English, Filipino and Cebuano dialect.
Has a broad knowledge in different food preparation
7) EXECUTIVE CHEF
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in a hotel or similar operation
Candidate must possess a degree in culinary or related field
Must have a solid track record of developing and implementing cost control measures
Possess a solid background of training both culinary and service personnel while delivering consistent product.
8) CAPTAIN WAITER
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience as a Captain Waiter or equivalent.
Experience / background in a Fine Dining Restaurant is an advantage
Not more than 35 years of age
5'5 in height for female and 5’7 for Male
High ability to deal with customers of all types
Computer literate
Excellent spoken and written command of English & Filipino languages, and the Cebuano dialect.
Assertive, articulate, motivated and enthusiastic and excellent people skills
Analytical, organized, systematic, assertive.
9) WAITER
Qualifications:
Preferably male, not more than 30 years old
At least 5’7” in height, with pleasing personality and very personable
At least college level
Preferably with experience in an upscale restaurant
Must be able to speak and understand English.
Willing to work long hours
Can communicate in English, neat & presentable, punctual, and good attitude & courteous.
10) BELLMAN
Qualifications:
Preferably male, not more than 30 years old
At least 5’8” in height, with pleasing personality and very personable
Preferably College graduate
At least 1year experience in driving automatic and manual vehicle
Must possess a Professional Driver’s License
Must be able to speak and understand English
11) DRIVER
Qualifications:
Male
Not more than 35 years old
Holder of a professional driver’s license (restriction 1,2 &3)
Can drive automatic and manual vehicle with at least 3 years relevant working experience as a company driver;
At least 5’5” in height
At least High school graduate or a vocational course graduate;
Must be systematic in maintaining check-up
Knowledgeable on detecting faults of vehicles;
Flexible, hardworking & willing to work under pressure;
Have good communication skills, neat, courteous, presentable with good attitude;
Can perform basic troubleshooting.
12) PLUMBER
Qualifications:
Male
College Level / Vocational Courses
Not older than 35 yrs. Old
Can do Pipe Installation and other waste water trouble shooting
With 1-2 yrs. Working experience as Plumber
Neat, courteous, presentable with good attitude;
13) FINISHING CARPENTER
Qualifications:
Must be college level/ vocational graduate
Must have a relevant experience of at least 3 years
Knowledge of shop practices and skill in using tools and equipment
Skill in cabinet making
Ability to read blueprints into fabricated products
Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties of this job, including heavy lifting
14) ELECTRICIAN
Qualifications:
Male, not over 45 years old
Must have at least a short course certificate as an Electrician
With at least 3 years work experience as an electrician
With common knowledge to Diagnose Control Panel, trouble shooting, etc
15) ROOM ATTENDANT
Qualifications:
Male/Female
At least 5’7” for male and at least 5’5 for female
Not older than 25 yrs. old
Preferably a graduate of B.S Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
Has Good Communication Skills
Preferably with experience in relative field
Neat & presentable, punctual, and good attitude & courteous
