Job Responsibilities:
Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
Job Duties:
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:
- An Engineering Graduate, preferably Industrial or Electrical. (preferably a licensed engineer)
- At least 2 years’ experience as Project Engineer. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male or Female, preferably single between 25-35 years old
- Willing to be trained for new technologies and concepts
- Willing to extend working hours when necessary
- Has a sense of responsibility and project ownership
- Good team player
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel and be assigned to projects nationwide, sometimes on short notice
2) PROJECT COORDINATOR
Job Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
- Plan the project
- Staff the project
- Implement the project
- Control the project
- Evaluate the project
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years project management experience
- University Degree Information Management / Systems and Industrial Engineering. Applicants from other fields are also encouraged to apply as long as they have the necessary project management experience
- Knowledge of project management
- Proficiency in the use of computers for Word processing, Simple accounting, Data base management, Spreadsheets, E-mail and Internet applications
