Job Description
  • Desktop support/Workstation technical support, maintenance and Break/Fix
  • (e.g., Devices and associated peripherals, Network and locally attached printers, network and
  • local scanners, fax, CD/DVD burners, LCD, USB devices)
  • Incident and Problem Resolution and Service Requests
  • System Software (e.g., Operating Systems, utilities) and Fluor Applications Software deployment and Management
  • Supported Desktop Install, Move, Add and Change Services (IMAC), Workstation Refresh Services, Onsite support and meet SLA target

Primary Skills and Responsibilities
  • Perform IT (PC, desktop, network, printer, peripheral devices, PC application) remote problem diagnosis and resolution in compliance to SLA
  • Can substitute and perform as a Service Desk Analyst when necessary.
  • Access the problem/imac ticketing system and check problem and imac tickets.
  • Perform problem resolution and imac request
  • Update the ticket with the resolution and appropriate data and necessary databases to reflect the new user, location, etc of the deployed or removed PC.

Qualifications

  • Male, not more than 30 years old
  • Graduate of any four year course
  • Preferably with experience/ knowledge in managing/supervising distributors
  • minimum of 2 years working experience as sales supervisor in FMCG industry
  • Very good communication skills in speaking & writing; presentation of data, conceptualization of program for business building
  • Very aggressive in performing his tasks/jobs
  • Creative, innovative and result-oriented
  • Prefererably residing in Cagayan De Oro City
