1) FINANCE ADMIN ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities:
Updates accounting records such as Cash Receipts Book (CRB) schedule
Prepares and generates bills or invoices for sales or services rendered to owners and tenants
Posts customer payment by entering into system accounting software
Collects on accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with customers via phone, email, fax or mail
Reconciles the cash receipt book to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Checks any discrepancies by reconciling bills, sales receipts and bank deposit records
Handles and resolves billing from unit owners and tenants concerns by examining customer payment, payment history and coordinating with the collection/payment department
Prepares monthly accounts receivable reports detailing paid and unpaid accounts
Follows house rules set regarding payment application and interest computation
Coordinates with Superior for instructions and submission of required reports
Performs other related responsibilities as required or assigned

Skills Required:
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Ability to maintain manual and computerized accounting records
Ability to interpret and apply the provisions of laws, rules, and policies
Must possess good written and oral communication skills
Must be highly organized and has keen attention to small details
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (Finance/Accounting or equivalent is a plus)
Preferably with experience related to the job required
With pleasing personality and good client relations
Required Language(s): English, Filipino

2) VILLAGE ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular inspection. Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance.
Implement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.
Track and communicate work request status and completion.
Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed. Provide project status reports to Property Manager.
Prepare/review plans, estimates, scope of works for various projects.
Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.
Assist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake Drill
Conduct daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance and janitorial personnel
Involve in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation

Job Qualifications:
Registered Architect / Civil Engineer
Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience but open to fresh graduates
Must have pleasing personality, good attitude and customer oriented
Must be technically competent in various equipment
Willing to be assigned in a premier residential property in Cagayan de Oro
