Responsibilities:
- Handles inbound calls; identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions.
- Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.
- Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to ensure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
