Responsibilities:
• Accepts SOP from all salesmen of Mindanao customers
• Handles proper documentation of Sales
• Encodes SO in JDE for confirmation by logistics accurately and without delay
• Prints Sales Invoices and send to logistics timely for delivery to customers
• Maintain good customer relations with buyers including coordination for deliveries and concerns
• Coordinates with logistics for timely deliveries to customers
• Submits final sales invoice daily to Sales Services coordinator for updating
• Process documentation of Sales to Employees including Mazola sales (every Saturday)
• To practice and implement 5s, GMP, and HACCP in the workplace
• To perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, ERP System
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in PUNTOD.
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative support or equivalent
• Must be results oriented
• Must have excellent communication skills (articulate, quick thinker, can grasp ideas easily)
