Responsibilities:
- Gathers and encodes data to be maintained in the computer file template
- Analyzes data to be entered through SAP and generates specific type of reports
- Handles SAP based transactions such as bill of materials entry, material confirmation/reversal & transfer posting & goods issue
- Adjusts entries during monthly material inventory based on comparison results between system & actual stock-on-hand
- Coordinates with accounting department to check status & settle transaction problem between department and supplier
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Accountancy or any Computer related course
- With at least 6 month(s) of working experience in the related field
- Must have keen eye for details and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office and Excel
- Preferably with knowledge and background in SAP
