Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in CHEMISTRY or CHEMICAL ENGINEERING with Professional License
- Must have 4-6 years working experience preferably from a food manufacturing industry
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- With above average problem solving skills to facilitate analysis and generate solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work within a team-oriented environment
- Must be a self-starter amd quick-learner, capable of multi-tasking
- Must have a TEAM ATTITUDE
- Must be willing to work on SATURDAYS
Responsibilities
- Will supervide QA Analysts for laboratory testing and QA In-line assisstant
- Set quality control measures to achieve targets
- Ensure product compliance with international and national legislation and standards

2) HR SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,Law or equivalent
- At least 8 years work experience in the related field preferably as Assistant Manager specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
- With solid 5 years experience in manpower recruitment and employee labor relations, performance management and OD/Change management, compensation and benefits
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Well versed in the LABOR LAW
- A problem solver and a team player who can provide counsel to peers and senior personnel
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro
