1) PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial)
- Has training in Project Management Training / Cost Control
- Knowledgeable in Primavera P6
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- With at least 1 – 2 years relevant experience as Cost Engineer for Substation & Transmission Line Project and other major works.

Responsibilities:
- He shall directly reports to Project Control Head, assists in the overall estimation of the project costs.
- Responsible for the developing of the pre-contract PEP, execution, planning, estimating, budgeting and project closure.
- He shall be able to analyze the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved to launch such a project, consolidates costs status report and earns value analysis (cost variance, cost to go, cost to complete).

2) PROJECT CIVIL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Has PRC License
- With training in Primavera P6 and Project Management

Responsibilities:
- He shall be directly reporting to the Project Manager.
- He will be primarily responsible for providing administrative and technical knowledge/direction of civil engineering early works functions.
- He shall maintain close liaison with other discipline supervisors working in the area, in order to coordinate all classes or work in the area, monitors and inspects quality of work on a day-by-day basis and ensuring that drawing data and specifications are adhered to.
- He shall give instructions were required to record any variations from the original Scope of Work, informing the Quantity Surveyor of any such variations.
- He will also handle the checking of all excavations that are executed in accordance with standard practice and that the fill material is not deleterious to the buried objects or foundation, all necessary permits (when required) have been obtained and all Concrete Pour Approval forms, are in accordance with Company’s rules, and are correctly completed (filled in).

3) PERSONNEL OFFICER
Qualifications:

- He shall be in charge in the monitoring of QC inspectors at site involved in line checking, regarding of completion of weld summary sheets, NDT requirement, mark-up drawings, and as-built drawings in order to meet challenging deadlines, and follow-up site problems every now and then.
- He shall also assist the Project Manager in reviewing and evaluating the progress of vendors and subcontractors until the completion of the project.

- Monitor, coordinate and manage the electrical design development along with the rest of the project design, and input on RFI’s.
- He will update the Quality Control Plan with each issue for Construction (IFC) design submittal as it relates to the Definable Feature of Work (DFOW) and Testing Plan.
- Review and approve Electrical Subcontractors Quality Control Plan.
- Review and approve qualification of Electrical subcontractors Quality Control Manager and jobsite supervision.
- He shall perform field inspections of electrical system installations verifying that work is in place according to drawings and specs and work meets or exceeds code requirements.
