1) BRANCH OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Description:

1. Ensures that stocks are securely and orderly kept in storage and free from pilferage and the effects of the elements.
2. Ensures that picking shelves are adequately stocked throughout the day.
3. Monitors stock movement and prepares/submit accurate reports to ensure inventory at all times.
4. Keeps accounting record and prepare/submits accounting and other report as directed.
5. Performs such other function as he/she may be asked to do from time to time.

 Requirements:

• 4-year course graduate , preferably Business Administration or any equivalent course;
• Preferably at least 1 year experience;
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines;
• Must be highly motivated, results oriented, and people oriented.

2) BRANCH MANAGER

 

Job Description:

1. Drives all activities in the Success Formula to meet/exceed the field indicators.
2. Energizes the branch associates to support the roll out of the branch success formula.
3. Supports national programs through implementation of Marketing, Sales Incentives and Recognition Programs.
4. Ensures compliance with policies related to credit management, inventory management, IT, HR, and other company policies.

Requirements:

• College graduate, preferably Business Administration or any equivalent course;
• Preferably at least 5 years experience in Sales and Operations;
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines;
• Must be highly motivated, results oriented, and people oriented.

3) SALES TRAINING SUPERVISOR

 

Job Description:

1. Conducts and evaluates sales training programs to dealers and assists the Branch Manager in his/her function.
2. Train the sales force with the basic knowledge and the necessary skills toward a successful Tupperware Brands business.
3. Grow actives through exciting assemblies, campaign turn overs and product merchandising.
4. Improve dealer retention and increase productivity.

Requirements:

• College graduate, preferably Business Administration, Social Science, or any equivalent course;
