1) ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Accountancy or Equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant experience on Inventory monitoring and bookkeeping.
- Willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
2) PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
- Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree on any 4 year course
- Knowledgeable in computer operations (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Flexible and knows how to deal with different types of people
- Knows how to drive is an advantage
- Must be articulate and responsible in everything especially in the assigned task
- At least 2 years in handling subdivision for move-in units and other jobs related to the same field
3) DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in any field
- At least have work experience in Real Estate/ specializing Property
4) HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC
- Candidate must be at least college level
- At least 2 years of work experience in this position.
- TESDA NC II (national Certification II)
5) HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
- Candidate must be a High School Graduate.
- Can operate either a backhoe, Grader, Bulldozer or Compactor.
- At least 2 years of work experience in this position
6) DUMP TRUCK DRIVER
- Candidate must be a High School graduate
- At least 2 years of work experience for this position.
- With Driver’s License Restriction Code of 1, 2 and 3.
7) BATCHING PLANT OPERATOR
- Candidate must be a High School graduate
- At least 2 years of work experience in this position.
8) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
- at least with working experience,
- at least a graduate of 4 year course
9) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
- at least 4 years experience in Property Management
- at least engineer or equivalent
