- Must have completed and certified 40-hour COSH training with accredited DOLE-BWC training schools/ institutions/agencies

5) MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL PLUMBING FIXTURE (MEPF) ENGINEER
- Male; 25- 45 yrs old;
- College Graduate; BS Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering.
- Experienced in Construction field is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, Sound decision-making and problem solving
- Must be in excellent form, smart, resourceful and good character
- Analyzes outcomes and makes written detailed progress reports.

6) JUNIOR ARCHITECT
- Male / Female; 24 - 35 yrs old
- College Graduate; BS in Architecture with Licensed
- 2-3 years of experience in Designing and Construction firm is advantage
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Prepares, maintains and reviews technical documentation such as drawings and specifications for construction projects.
- Communicates with clients to ensure that their requirements are correctly understood and met within practical guidelines.
- Very familiar in CAD, Sketch up and other related software.
- Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO
7) HEAVY EQUIPMENT MANAGER
- Male
- 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years experience in Heavy Equipment Construction Operations.
- 2+ years experience in a leadership/management position.
- Ability to use standard desktop load/laptop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions;
- Familiarity with heavy equipment diagnostic systems.
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Heavy Equipment Department operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be in excellent form, smart, resourceful and good character
- Analyzes outcomes and makes written detailed progress reports.
- Knows how to drive with Driver’s License RC 1, 2, 3
- Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO
8) QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR
- Quantity take off and costing of MEPFS trades
- Coordinate with the Designer Consultants and Contractors and Suppliers
- Proposed some value engineering measures acceptable to owner and the designers
- Regularly reports and coordinate with the Project Manager
- Provide some information details and not to limit to RFI, Submittals and Approvals of Materials and relevant MEPFS works
- Responsible for the weekly and monthly accomplishment reports submittals
- Can generate cash flow in coordination with the general master schedule
Qualifications:

- College Graduate; Civil Engineering/Architecture;
- Good Mathematical Skills, Good Communication Skills, Good Forecasting and Estimates.
- Responsible for ensuring that PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT and CONTRACT REVIEW procedures are enforced and quality objectives are met.
- Manages all costs related to building projects, from initial calculations to the final figures.
- Finds ways to minimize the cost of the project and enhance the value for money, while still achieving the required standard and quality.
- Ensures that proposal planned costs are monitored for effective implementation of QMS.
- Advises on procurement strategy.
- Identifies, analyzes and develops responses to commercial risks.
- Must negotiate so that the cost of the project will not exceed the budget.

9) QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER

10) SALES ENGINEER
