1) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

  • Male; 30- 45 years old
  • College Graduate; Any Business Related Course
  • Driving Skills, Good Communication Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to respond and resolve customer’s requests and concerns
  • Highly skilled in providing a timely, efficient, and considerate customer service
  • Ability to develop strong customer relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate with math and currency
  • Must have an active driver’s license with RC 1, 2, 3
  • Able to grasps instruction quickly.
  • Flexible and Trainable
  • Must be willing to be assign  outside CDO

2) CREDIT OFFICER

  • Male; 28 - 40 years old
  • College Graduate; Any Business Related Course
  • Driving Skills, Computer Literate, Good Communication Skills
  • Must have basic knowledge or familiar with credit investigation.
  • Trustworthy with pleasing personality.
  • Emotionally matured.
  • Able to grasps instruction quickly.
  • Enjoys conducting field work.
  • Must have an active driver’s license with code 1 & 2
  • Flexible and Trainable

3) SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
  • Male ; 30- 55 yrs old
  • College Graduate; BS Civil Engineering;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Sound decision-making and problem solving
  • Must be a licensed civil engineer and not an active STE of any other construction company;
  • Must have completed and certified 40-hour COSH training with accredited DOLE-BWC training schools/ institutions/agencies
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

4) JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
  • Male; 25- 45 years old;
  • College Graduate; BS Civil Engineering
  • Experienced in Construction field is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Sound decision-making and problem solving
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

5) MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL PLUMBING FIXTURE (MEPF) ENGINEER
  • Male; 25- 45 yrs old;
  • College Graduate; BS Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experienced in Construction field is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Sound decision-making and problem solving
  • Must be in excellent form, smart, resourceful and good character
  • Analyzes outcomes and makes written detailed progress reports.
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

6) JUNIOR ARCHITECT
  • Male / Female; 24 - 35 yrs old
  • College Graduate; BS in Architecture with Licensed
  • 2-3 years of experience in Designing and Construction firm is advantage
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
  • Prepares, maintains and reviews technical documentation such as drawings and specifications for construction projects.
  • Communicates with clients to ensure that their requirements are correctly understood and met within practical guidelines.
  • Very familiar in CAD, Sketch up and other related software.
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

7) HEAVY EQUIPMENT MANAGER​
  • Male
  • 30-40 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in Heavy Equipment Construction Operations.
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership/management position.
  • Ability to use standard desktop load/laptop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions;
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment diagnostic systems.
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Heavy Equipment Department operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be in excellent form, smart, resourceful and good character
  • Analyzes outcomes and makes written detailed progress reports.
  • Knows how to drive with Driver’s License RC 1, 2, 3
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

8) QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR
  • Quantity take off and costing of MEPFS trades
  • Coordinate with the Designer Consultants and Contractors and Suppliers
  • Proposed some value engineering measures acceptable to owner and the designers
  • Regularly reports and coordinate with the Project Manager
  • Provide some information details and not to limit to RFI, Submittals and Approvals of Materials and relevant MEPFS works
  • Responsible for the weekly and monthly accomplishment reports submittals
  • Can generate cash flow in coordination with the general master schedule
Qualifications:
  • Male/Female; 25-35 years old;
  • College Graduate; Civil Engineering/Architecture;
  • Good Mathematical Skills, Good Communication Skills, Good Forecasting and Estimates.
  • Responsible for ensuring that PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT and CONTRACT REVIEW procedures are enforced and quality objectives are met.
  • Manages all costs related to building projects, from initial calculations to the final figures.
  • Finds ways to minimize the cost of the project and enhance the value for money, while still achieving the required standard and quality.
  • Ensures that proposal planned costs are monitored for effective implementation of QMS.
  • Advises on procurement strategy.
  • Identifies, analyzes and develops responses to commercial risks.
  • Must negotiate so that the cost of the project will not exceed the budget.
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

9) QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER
  • Male; 25 - 40 yrs old; College Graduate; BS Civil Engineering
  • AutoCAD, primavera, cost estimating and basic computer literacy,
  • Preferably licensed, willing to work overtime and can perform without direct supervision from his superiors.
  • Has good initiative, resourceful, team player
  • Has keen sense for construction details.
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

10) SALES ENGINEER
  • Male 25 - 50 yrs old;
  • College Graduate; BS Civil Engineering or Business Management Course
  • Salesmanship, Government negotiation, Project management, civil works, thinks out of the box
  • Must be knowledgeable of the government transactions in and out;
  • Must have excellent communication skills both in writing and oral;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Must have an aggressive drive to attain sales goals/quotas;
  • Must be in excellent form, smart, resourceful, honest and good character
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

11) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
  • Female; 25-40 Years old
  • College Graduate; BS Management Accounting/Business Management Courses
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Concise and persuasive written communications skills
  • Computer Literate; Hardworking and Dedicated to work
  • Analyzes outcomes and makes written detailed progress reports.
  • Must be willing to be assign in any projects outside CDO

12) CASHIER
  • Female; 25-35 years old
  • Preferably with knowledge in cashiering
  • College Graduate; BS ACCOUNTANCY or Any Business Related course
  • Computer Literate
  • Highly skilled in providing a timely, efficient, and considerate customer service
  • Proven ability to operate cash register and manage drawer
  • Demonstrated ability to respond and resolve customer’s requests and concerns
  • Able to assist customers with purchases and transactions
  • Meticulous competency in sales, products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong customer relations
  • Accurate with math and currency
