1) HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Age not more than 40 years old
- College Graduate / Degree Holder
- At least 5-10 years of working experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management
- Preferably in Supervisory level specializing in Human Resources or equivalent and with knowledge of Law/Labor Standards
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of government mandated benefits requirements and processing
- Ability to establish and maintain complex record keeping systems
- Ability to coordinate and organize employee activities
- With good judgment and decision making
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Can handle pressure well
2) HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- College Graduate / Degree Holder
- Very Good Communication Skills, Written and Oral, preferably in English
- Excellent in File organizing
- Age not more than 30 years old
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Field Person
- Preferably with experience in various HR Works
- Knowledge in Programming is an advantage
