1) SALES ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers
  • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts
  • Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents;
  • Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
  • Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Male, 22-34 years old
  • Candidate must possess a degree in engineering preferably Industrial or Mechanical or Electrical
  • Very good in oral and written communication
  • A knowledge in driving is an advantage
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Willing to travel and to be Relocated

2) VAN SALESMAN

 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Distributes the right product assortment per channel within the assigned territory
  • Meet and maintains agreed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Ensures visibility of the product
  • Taking sales orders, product distribution and credit and collection task.
Requirements:
  • Male, 22-34 years old
  • At least Vocational or 2 years College Level
  • Experience with sales is an advantage
  • Willing to travel
  • Knows how to drive motorvan, with professional driver's license restriction code 1, 2

3) SALES SUPERVISOR
 
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager
Supervise Sales Representatives

Requirements
:
  • Male, 24-36 years old
  • College graduate
  • Excellent in communications at all levels using effective oral and written skills
  • Has proven sales track records
  • Can develop and implement outstanding sales strategies
  • Considerable experience in supervising with large companies of at least 1-3 years, ideally in  the same environment
  • Highly analytical, driven, flexible, and has strong leadership skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Must know how to drive with professional driver's license

4) JUNIOR SALESMEN
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Senior Ex-truck salesman in Distribution, Sales, and Collection
  • Ensures attainment of distribution, placement, merchandising and collection objectives per standards.
  • Ensures fast placement & consistent monitoring of re-order of new products in all outlets covered.
  • Ensures maintenance of Customers and Trade Relations in the assigned blocks, area/regions as evidenced by continuous good business patronage of Company products, with strategic or “hot spot” product display in the outlets and supportive of company’s objectives.
Requirements:
  • Male, 22-34 years old                          
  • At least possess vocational or college level  
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Willing to travel or be relocated
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in MisLao Area
  • Knows how to drive, with professional drivers license restriction code 1,2,3

5) SENIOR SALESMEN
 
Responsibilities:
  • Distributes the right product assortment per channel within the assigned territory

  • Taking sales orders, product distribution and credit and collection task.
Requirements:
  • Male, not more than 36 yrs old
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Knows how to drive (with Restriction Code 1, 2, 3)
