WAREHOUSE CONTROLLERS

Responsibilities:
- Assists in encoding, completion & validation of documents, filling and other tasks
- In charge in incoming / receiving of items. Puts-away transactions after verifying
- that all information in the receiving documents are complete and accurate.
- In- charge in outgoing/ releasing of items. Process releasing transaction
- accurately to ensure that the actual quantity of the items released tallies with the
- ordered quantity.
- Process picking transaction in designated site and ensures that the picking
- priority code is strictly followed.
- Process relocation transaction after verifying that all information in the relocation
- slip is complete and accurate.
- Process simple conversion transaction. Prints item barcode labels for Branch
- Transfer, Sales and for production and Simple Conversion. Monitors all pending
- Sales Order reservation for simple conversion and ensures that such orders will
- be processed. Prepares the required daily reports.
- Performs all the tasks of incoming, picking, releasing, and relocation except
- processing of DR for external conversion.
- Performs all the tasks of picking. Print the labels for loose sheets items based
- on the picking slips and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on the
- labels. Monitors all stock replenishment to ensure that such were processed on
- time.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Male/Female 21-30 years old
- Must be a resident of Cagayan de Oro City
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or other computer related course
- With at least 1 year experience
- Must be knowledgeable in computer programs
- With background in Accounting, encoding experience is a plus
